NANCY CASSELMAN

Nancy Casselman has helped Canadian organizations enhance their reputation as employers of choice for over 25 years.
She is a seasoned Human Resources and Labour Relations executive with a comprehensive understanding of workplace and career challenges and opportunities.
During her own career, Nancy successfully established Michael Garron Hospital as a recognized leader in healthy and safe workplace culture, including Mental Health in the Workplace Programming, garnering recognition from the Mental Health Commission of Canada and Excellence Canada. She worked with Loblaw Companies-George Weston – one of Canada’s most successful companies – to create transformational cultural change in retail, manufacturing, distribution and corporate settings. Nancy has also worked closely with Board and senior leadership teams to align Human Resources and Labour Relations to support operational, financial and reputational goals.
Nancy graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degree. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University, is a certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor, and is currently completing her Professional Coaching Certification.
